Telarus, ShoreTel Do Deal for Connect Cloud

The agreement paves the way for 1,500 Telarus channel partners to offer a cloud-based collaboration solution from ShoreTel to their clients.

PRESS RELEASE — February 2, 2016 SANDY, UT – Telarus Inc., master agent and owner of VXSuite and national distributor of voice, data, and cloud infrastructure services, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell ShoreTel® Connect™ CLOUD. The agreement paves the way for the 1,500 channel partners of Telarus, many of whom specialize in hosted voice and unified communications services and already offer the ShoreTel onsite solution, to offer a premier cloud-based collaboration solution from ShoreTel to their clients.

ShoreTel Connect CLOUD is a fully hosted and managed end-to-end unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solution. The ShoreTel Connect client changes how companies communicate with a unique collaboration experience that is intuitive and forgiving, setting a new standard for a natural user experience and placing enterprise communications on-par with personal communications.

In September 2015, Telarus announced the acquisition of VXSuite, a software platform that provides analytics and reports to troubleshoot VoIP performance. To support its network of ShoreTel VARs, VXSuite hired engineers and phone system technicians capable of hands-on interaction with all aspects of ShoreTel hardware. These VXSuite technicians were hired into the Telarus engineering department and are available to all Telarus selling partners upon request.
