Telution Inc. said today at Billing & OSS World it has successfully integrated its COMX Order Management software with the Microsoft Customer Care Framework (CCF). The company says the combined solution will provide cable and telecommunications clients a more advanced approach to order handling and customer interaction management associated with complex services bundles, including IP-based services.
The key to differentiating service in a competitive telecommunications and cable marketplace now comes down to how well a company serves a customer, said Kent Steffen, Telutions CEO, in a statement. All service providers must be able to more fluidly manage interactions with customers. By combining COMXs proven order management capabilities with Microsoft Customer Care Framework, service providers receive a solution designed to better coordinate the complex customer transactions inherent to the cable and telecommunications companies.
Telution says the joint solution with Microsoft means service providers receive an order capture, handling, and assurance tool that improves the speed and accuracy of order entry and workflow management.
