Unify Adds Full Apple, Android Functionality to OpenScape Contact Center Suite
The former Siemens Enterprise Communications has upgraded the platform with other capabilities as well, including algorithms that route Facebook posts to agents.

Unify this week released an updated version of its OpenScape Contact Center Suite.
The platform now lets agents and supervisors work form iPhones and iPads, and Android smartphones and tablets. It also features a new analytics package thanks to a partnership with business intelligence software provider Softcom. Unify said contact center managers now may monitor agent and campaign stats in real-time.
Other enhancements include:
Social media algorithms that route Facebook posts to agents;
Upgrade of Campaign Director to a pure SIP, software-only capability to reduce total cost of ownership;
Addition of AgentDesktop-Web client that lets employees work from anywhere on any device without installing software.
The new product is available now, and through Unify’s partners.
