Virtual Administrator, Greater Intell Announce Partnership
Virtual Administrator and Greater Intell are teaming up to help MSPs clean up system issues in distributed and remote PCs. Here are the details.
Master managed service provider (MSP) solution provider Virtual Administrator and Greater Intell are now working together to help MSPs clean up system issues in distributed and remote PCs.
Virtual Administrator has added Greater Intell’s integration of Piriform‘s CCleaner software with Kaseya‘s Virtual System Administrator (VSA) to its Go!Manage MSP Remote Management Program, a drop-in managed services program that leverages Kaseya VSA to help MSPs launch their businesses.
A Greater Intell spokesperson told MSPmentor that adding the integration to the Go!Manage program could help MSPs boost their customer satisfaction levels and revenues.
“For MSPs, we believe these types of partnerships offer strong revenue-generating potential,” the spokesperson said. “MSPs can now focus more on business development activities versus the deep technical details of integrating their service platforms with specific tools and technologies. Customer service and efficiency are both improved with these kinds of services.”
Chris Amori, Virtual Administrator’s founding partner, noted that the integration could help MSPs further differentiate their businesses as well.
“The Kaseya platform is a critical component of how we operate our business and our customer offerings,” he said in a prepared statement. “Extending those capabilities via integration of leading solutions like Piriform’s CCleaner is a key factor for growing and differentiating our business and helping our MSP customers be successful.”
Greater Intell is run by some of the minds behind the creation of the Kaseya remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform; Greater Intell CEO Kirk Feathers is an ex-Kaseya senior technology analyst, and its Chief Technology Officer Corey Mandell is Kaseya’s former executive vice president of development.
The IT management software provider also continues to add to its managed services portfolio.
Greater Intell in March released the giDocs document and content management solution and giLens situational awareness product for MSPs.
