WFT Cloud Now Offers SAP HANA Support for Production Environments
WFT Cloud now enables companies to migrate their existing implementations of the SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW) application to run on SAP HANA in a private cloud.
Wharfedale Technologies‘ WFT Cloud now offers customers virtualized instances of the SAP HANA platform to use in production environments.
WFT Cloud yesterday announced it is extending its solutions portfolio to enable businesses to migrate their existing implementations of the SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW) application to run on SAP HANA in a private cloud.
The WFT Cloud on-premise SAP private cloud’s features include:
Basic operations management and infrastructure services
Data protection
No upfront costs
WFT Cloud noted its SAP HANA data center integration model is designed to help businesses reduce their capital and operating expenses.
Wharfedale Technologies Chief Technology Officer Mahesh Reddy commented on the announcement in a prepared statement:
“As one of the first companies to be SAP-certified as a provider of cloud services for SAP solutions, we have continued to be in the forefront of delivering the benefits of virtualization and the cloud to our customers. WFT Cloud has virtualized multiple non-production landscapes running SAP HANA. We are now able to deliver value to customers by virtualizing SAP HANA in production landscapes.”
WFT Cloud also pointed out its SAP HANA data center integration model allows businesses to reuse their existing hardware and take advantage of their current operational management processes.
