VoIP equipment maker Zultys Technologies has scored another distributor, a coup for a company that’s shedding the baggage from its 2006 bankruptcy and ensuing troubles with its founder.

Zultys said on Thursday that NETXUSA Inc., a South Carolina-based distributor, will offer Zultys’ products to its resellers.

NETXUSA will sell Zultys’ Media eXchange servers; resellers also will be able to bundle the MX250 and MX30 with Polycom IP phones throughout North America. NETXUSA is one of the largest distributors of Polycom phones in Canada, Mexico and the United States.

Zultys’ platform is interoperable Polycom’s SoundPoint IP desktop and conference phones.

“We do not add products to our offerings readily,” said Rick Boone, president of NETXUSA, in a prepared statement. “With Zultys as our vendor partner, we see a great opportunity to advance our penetration in the highly competitive VoIP telecommunications arena.”
