Channel relationships are at the core of what I believe make a partner program successful. I believe it is important to be an authentic and active voice at our partners and truly treat our partners as an extension of our internal sales team. It is also critical we provide our partners with the enablement tools to be successful so we can plan joint marketing activities together to go to market faster.
With our re-energized partner program announced in July and our new leadership team, the focus on Corel’s channel has never been greater. Our partners now have access through our partner portal to new resources and support so they can provide our broad portfolio of innovative creativity and productivity solutions–including CorelDRAW, MindManager, Parallels and WinZip–to their customers.
As a team, we focus on the “three Ps.” PEOPLE to support our partners; great PROCESSES to make it easy to do business with us; and amazing PRODUCTS that our customers love. We are a B2B and B2C company with powerful creativity and productivity solutions. We have great processes and tools in place that enable our partners to go to market faster with our solutions. We support our partners with an H2H (human-to-human) connection. People buy from people, and we value our partners by building authentic and trusting relationships.
The Corel partner program’s new tiered structure provides partners with unique benefits that are customized for their business. Partners have access to free enablement training, marketing tools and resources, collaborative joint-marketing initiatives, a variety of sales and technical tools, and our premier support team. We want to make sure our partners have the resources they need to attract new customers, access additional revenue streams and foster customer success.
We help our partners tap into new areas with our solutions, which span multiple verticals and markets.
Corel’s deal registration helps partners break into new accounts and grow their customer base. We engage with our partners by investing in their go-to-market campaigns with our market development funds so that they can scale faster. We want to learn from and grow with our partners.
