Looking for a solid tool to make the quoting process easier? Quoting software helps IT service providers and their sales reps provide pricing and deal information to customers.

There are several quoting software alternatives available to MSPs today, including:

Quosal, a part of the ConnectWise Modern Office suite, is another option, and recently updated its platform to incorporate a video feature that allows sales representatives to include a video in their quotes or proposals.

Kent McNall, Quosal’s CEO, said the ability to attach videos to quotes or proposals enables sales reps to add a personal touch to a typically impersonal process.

“What we [heard] from MSPs very consistently was the message: ‘We want to keep the personal touch in our sales process. We’re concerned our reps rely too heavily on technology in their selling processes and not enough on personal customer interaction,'” he told MSPmentor recently. “These clients are ecstatic about the ability to be far more personal in the sales process through personal videos.”

The new video feature could help Quosal gain a competitive advantage in the quoting software market.
