The Channel Partners Conference & Expo is an opportunity to update old and potential channel partners on how your company is doing, and to adjust goals and strategies, positioning yourself for continued success.

It was a short weekend given the need to travel to the Channel Partners show in Las Vegas on Sunday. Therefore the only cooking I did was a salmon egg Napoleon for breakfast on Saturday. I didnt make it with the intent of having a recipe as it was my first attempt. I made it with toasted and buttered marble rye (rye and pumpernickel), a layer of smoked salmon, lightly scrambled eggs with diced tomato, and cream cheese salmon roe sauce. It is the sauce that inspired this weeks recipes. Often, as I am cooking I decide I need a sauce or topping to complement the main ingredient or protein. In this case I took as little softened cream cheese mixed with a teaspoon or so of cream, a teaspoon of salmon roe, a teaspoon of chopped chives, salt and pepper. The sauce was delightful. Spooned over the egg and salmon tower like a hollandaise, it just made for a salty, salmon, creamy taste. However, I realized that I should share how to make these easy sauces that taste better than store bought. It is also a technique to use those relishes, mustards and other condiments in your refrigerator in more creative ways. So, the recipes for the week are Tartar Sauce and Remoulade Sauce. Enjoy!
Pause to Enjoy Our Industry
Broadvox no longer exhibits during Channel Partners as our channel program is very strong and growing organically. However, we are sponsoring an education session during the show in Vegas as well as the summer show in Chicago. We do this to perform a service to the many channel members that attend as well as to maintain a presence. Yet, the reason that Chad Krantz, the new executive director leading the Broadvox channel, and his team attend is for the interaction with new, old and potential members of the channel. It is an opportunity to update each on how our companies are doing, adjust goals and strategies and position ourselves for continued success. The energy generated during these smaller more personal meetings is exhilarating. While our participation during the Channel Partner Conference will continue to evolve, we will continue to be involved.
It is this same energy that we believe is generated during our Partner Program event in Dallas. This year the event is open to all members of our channel, technology partners and industry press. Learn more about Broadvox, meet the executives from Broadvox and Cypress, and learn from industry leaders representing AudioCodes, Digium, GENBAND, Covad and others. Check it out at 2011 Broadvox Partner Summit.
Pause, learn and enjoy!
