The Conference Group Expands Global Reach

The Conference Group (Booth 514) has expanded its global conferencing capabilities to include international toll-free access from more than 40 different countries.

We have seen a significant increase in our international traffic over the last 12 months, said Greg Plum, the Conference Groups alternate channel manager. As a result, we have negotiated aggressive international rates, which we pass along to our agents. Provisioning for international customers is identical to the process for domestic customers, using the same online forms on the Conference Groups Agent Web portal, the company said.

In other news, the Conference Group received the 2006 Telecom Associations Members Choice Award for conferencing companies earlier this year.
