Professional services automation (PSA) provider Tigerpaw Software will host its partner conference at Chicago’s Hyatt Regency McCormick Place from Aug. 18 to 21.

The conference offers “a master class on how to automate your business,” according to Tigerpaw Director of Marketing Corey DeJong.

“There will be over 40 breakouts, panel discussions and lab sessions covering topics like sales and marketing, operational automation and efficiencies, service delivery, customer experience, inventory management and leadership,” he told MSPmentor.

What should MSPs expect at the conference? Here are five things you need to know:

1. Tigerpaw CEO will preview a mobile CRM solution

Tigerpaw already offers contact management, sales management, service management and inventory management, and DeJong noted company CEO James Foxall will preview a mobile customer relationship management (CRM) solution at the conference.

DeJong said Foxall plans to discuss other Tigerpaw upgrades as well.

2. Attendees can learn how to better manage their businesses

Why is the partner conference worthwhile for MSPs? DeJong noted the event offers educational sessions to teach attendees how to better manage their businesses.

“Because many of the attendees come from MSPs, the conference offers sessions focused on Tigerpaw best practices and training to help MSPs,” he added.

3. Author Mark Sanborn will deliver a keynote address

Mark Sanborn has written eight books on leadership, including:

  • “The Fred Factor”

  • “Lead at Any Level”

  • “How the Best Get Better”

Sanborn will share his thoughts on leadership, change and customer service with conference attendees during a keynote address.

4. Attendees can “get lucky” at Lucky Strike

Tigerpaw partner conference attendees can lace up their bowling shoes and hit the lanes at “the social experience of the year” — Lucky Strike bowling.

Attendees can enjoy bowling, billiards and music while they network with one another at Chicago’s Lucky Strike on Aug. 20.

5. Attendees will leave the conference with best practices and action items

What’s the best reason to attend the Tigerpaw partner conference? DeJong said the educational sessions are valuable because they will provide MSPs with resources to help them become more efficient.

“You will leave the conference with a long list of best practices and action items that you will want to implement in your business to help you grow and become more profitable,” he said.
