TMC Communications (Booths 314-316) announced two new programs that reward agents for increasing their business with TMC. The Rev-up Rewards program compensates agents with cash incentives and prizes for increasing their billed revenue with TMC. The Big Payday promotion pays new agents a $5,000 cash bonus for bringing in new sales within three months of signing an agent agreement.

For Rev-up Rewards, agents receive prize rewards in addition to commission and cash bonus promotions when their billed revenue amounts reach various thresholds throughout the year. The thresholds are $5,000, $10,000 and continue in increments of $10,000 through $50,000. Agents who increase their billed revenue by $50,000 or more also receive Platinum Agent status and receive additional premier support services. Both new and existing TMC agents are eligible to earn Rev-up Rewards.

Agents who reach a threshold at anytime during the year get to choose a gift reward or cash. For existing TMC agents, the January 2005 billed revenue amount will serve as a baseline. Billed revenue increase will be measured beginning March 1, 2006. TMC

enhanced its online commission system, Commission Tracker, to allow agents to easily monitor their progress in the program. The report shows agents their billed revenue by month and increases in revenue.

Platinum Agents receive an all-expense-paid trip for two to TMC headquarters in Santa Barbara, Calif., a 1 percent override on all new TMC business and premier support services including monthly reports on customer trends and usage, free analysis of customer call detail records, special projects such as LCR tables, disaster recovery planning, network planning, and the opportunity to review customer bill before issued.

The Big Payday Promotion rewards new TMC agents with a $5,000 cash bonus. To receive the bonus a new agent must place $10,000 of new business with TMC within the first three months of signing an agent agreement. The cash bonus is in addition to residual commissions of up to 35 percent and commissions on loops of up to 20 percent, as well as Rev-up Rewards.

Agents are paid the bonus immediately after installation.

These incentives are further evidence that TMC has the most rich agent program in the industry, said TMC CEO John Marsch. TMC agents can sell leading telecom products at industry-low rates and get generously rewarded with residual commissions of up to 35 percent, commissions on loops up to 20 percent, cash bonuses, overrides and high-end product rewards.

TMC also announced it is hosting two sales seminars at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo, MPLS: The Buzz and the Benefits, and How to Employ a Simple Business Continuity Strategy. The sessions will be held today at its booth.
