Arrowsphere, Arrow Electronics’ cloud-services channel marketplace, will offer TriCore Solutions’ hosted Oracle EBS Application Management services to its solution providers in North America.

The ArrowSphere platform centralizes the billing and provisioning of a growing array of cloud services. Through ArrowSphere, Arrow’s solution providers will be able to resell TriCore’s Oracle EBS and Database Services as a standalone service or bundled with other services with the goal of increasing value they provide to their customers.

Arrow’s solution providers have access to TriCore’s Oracle Application Management suite of services that include application functional support, database tuning, schema, and lifecycle management and cloud hosting. TriCore says its cloud hosting services are robust, scalable, and employ the latest in security and reliability. The TriCore suite of services also includes consulting services for implementations, upgrades, customizations and business-process expertise.

"TriCore is recognized for its in-depth expertise and excellence in delivering a broad range of Oracle managed services and technologies. Now our channel community has the power to offer Oracle customers a hybrid IT solution,” said Dee Dee Lear, vice president for Arrow’s North American enterprise computing solutions business.  “Through TriCore’s managed services, customers gain access through their solution providers to best-in-class agile infrastructure, as well as the increased ability to efficiently manage IT costs and deliver improved service levels to their constituents.”
