Avaya OneCloud, Infobip, Bandwidth Identified as Top CPaaS Providers

Infobip, Bandwidth and Avaya have earned top spots as communications platform as a service (CPaaS) providers,. That’s according to SoftwareReviews, which analyzes business software.

Its 2022 communications platform as a service emotional footprint named four providers as its “champions.” SoftwareReviews identified the top CPaaS providers for the year based on verified survey data collected from nearly 200 end-user reviews. These providers received high scores on SoftwareReviews’ “emotional footprint.”

The net emotional footprint (NEF) of each software provider comes from aggregating emotional response ratings. These are across the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, strategy and innovation. The NEF is an indicator of overall user sentiment toward the provider and its product from the software user’s point of view.
