Awesome Cloud Services has rolled out a reseller program to work with VARs, MSPs and technology providers to build out the sales of its cloud infrastructure, business continuity and software licensing services.
Through the new program, Awesome is offering its partners the ability to white-label its cloud services and resell them to customers. The Boca Raton, Fla.-based company is not new to working with partners, as the company has been building out its reseller strategy for a while. The formation of the Awesome Cloud Services Reseller Program is positioned to act as a catalyst for the company’s continued focus on the channel.
Awesome provides both IaaS and SaaS offerings that the company claims on its website are “backed by enterprise-grade security measures.” It seems like a good, official kick-off of its channel program, but with a name like Awesome, the cloud services provider has a lot to live up to. (Of course, you can’t beat the SEO of the name.)
“We specialize in providing cloud services to our partners as a white-label product which can be resold to their clients. This provides your IT organization with the opportunity to grow your managed service business by adding an entirely new product line to your portfolio,” said Dag Mavrolas, director of global channel operations and sales, in a prepared statement.
Awesome’s guaranteed uptime might be of interest to partners that have experienced issues with reliability in the past. The cloud provider offers partners a 100 percent uptime SLA. It would be interesting to see data on how well the company executes to that SLA, but at least it is an SLA for partners—something they can really use to position cloud services to their customers, particularly those who are still on the fence between traditional IT and the cloud.
