BitTitan Launches MSPComplete: Here's What You Need to Know

BitTitan has launched an end-to-end enablement platform designed to help managed service providers (MSPs) and other Microsoft (MSFT) partners develop and deploy cloud offerings. 

The cloud services enablement company this week released MSPComplete, which could help MSPs capitalize on the rapidly expanding cloud services market.

BitTitan noted that MSPComplete “enables growth for MSPs across every area of their business” through three core pillars:

“The cloud opportunity for Microsoft partners goes far beyond just email and migration,” BitTitan CEO Geeman Yip said in a prepared statement. “BitTitan is delivering all the other pieces of the cloud puzzle, enabling managed service providers to truly benefit from all the cloud has to offer.”

In addition, MSPComplete integrates with distributors and resellers, BitTitan said, and could make it easier for systems integrators and cloud services provider (CSP) 2-Tier resellers to become MSPs. 

BitTitan also offers CSPComplete, a version of MSPComplete designed specifically for Microsoft CSP 1-Tier resellers and partners that want to become 1-Tier resellers.

Public cloud spending is expected to increase over the next few years, which may offer new opportunities for MSPs. 

International Data Corp recently predicted that public cloud spending will reach $70 billion this year, and the number of new cloud-based solutions will triple in the next four to five years as well.
