Cloud management is an ongoing evolution. Organizations house data in myriad different places — employees’ personal files, the business’ servers, social media feeds, website clicks, IoT sensors and more. As a result, IT teams have to design the right platforms to accommodate all that distribution.

Many providers expect to move critical client workloads off local hardware in the very near future, according to Datto. MSPs were already expecting cloud migrations and security to be major drivers of managed services, and the impact of COVID-19 on SMBs is accelerating those trends.

So, we wanted to know, from our MSP 501 honorees and our entire applicant pool, who is providing the cloud services that are going to carry them into 2022 and beyond? Who are the top, true cloud providers in the space? We looked at the following criteria:

  • Company’s either primary business or secondary business model is cloud services provider.

  • Company has NOC in-house.

  • Company generates 20% or more of its total revenue through SaaS/recurring cloud services.

Thus, we are proud to present our list of the most elite cloud-focused providers. This compilation represents partners who are hyper-focused on this area. Not only that, but they have demonstrated the highest standards according to our methodology.
