eFolder has announced the  general availability of the eFolder Continuity Cloud, a wholesale, add-on service delivered to eFolder partners that enables the fast recovery of servers in the cloud on an emergency or as-needed basis. The service supports StorageCraft ShadowProtect and Dell AppAssure server image recovery from a single cloud services provider. Instead of eFolder’s partners developing their own disaster recovery environment, which can be costly and complex, eFolder Continuity Cloud delivers protection of client servers, applications, and data in eFolder’s cloud environment in the event of on-site disasters or server outages at client locations.

eFolder has various partner and reseller programs available. Partners can access a free trial of eFolder Continuity Cloud by contacting their eFolder Account Manager. With regards to pricing, partners are quoted at a wholesale weekly rate based on when they need the service. eFolder also waives the higher per-gigabyte fees some cloud storage service providers have traditionally charged.
