Former Zenith Infotech Senior VP Maurice Saluan Explores Next Move
Zenith Infotech Senior VP Maurice Saluan has resigned from the cloud computing company, MSPmentor has confirmed, and is now looking for new opportunities to work with channel partners. Here's the update.
Zenith Infotech Senior VP Maurice Saluan has resigned from the cloud computing company, effective June 1, to pursue other opportunities. Saluan confirmed the move in an email to MSPmentor, and spoke highly of his time at Zenith Infotech — which is still trying to navigate a 2011 debt default while also building a cloud IaaS platform for MSPs. So what’s ahead for Saluan?
It sounds like Saluan is looking for new opportunities in the IT channel. “We are living in exciting times and I’d like to continue to work with channel partners to assist them to seize the moment and grow their businesses based on the changing landscape,” he wrote to MSPmentor.
Zenith Infotech, meanwhile, has been battling its way through a debt default court case in India. Saluan focused on Zenith Infotech’s continuing business milestones in his note to me. “I am very proud of what we accomplished at Zenith and our offshoot, Continuum over the last 7 years. Our success was due to the fantastic people that were and still are affiliated with both companies. It was primarily due to their efforts that our partner base grew to over 5,400 partners over a few short years. In addition, it was not a GPS but the PPS, the Partner Positioning System that kept us heading in the right direction over time. Our partners are magnificent and our accomplishments were truly due to their engagement and feedback on a daily basis.”
MSPmentor has reached out to Zenith Infotech to see if the company plans to replace Saluan. We will update this blog if the company has any information to share. In the meantime, Zenith Infotech has remained on the road, promoting an IaaS strategy that helps MSPs to transform into cloud services providers (CSPs).
