Metalogix Acquires MetaVis Technologies: Here’s What You Need to Know. Metalogix today announced it has acquired MetaVis Technologies, an Exton, Pennsylvania-based company that offers a unified cloud collaboration service management platform. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
