Ingram Micro (IM) and colocation provider 365 Data Centers have entered into a new U.S. business relationship in which Ingram Micro’s channel partners will gain access to 365 Data Center’s on-demand colocation services. The full list of 365 Data Centers solutions is now available through the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace to enable partners to build their own private cloud services, run temporary workloads and migrate their applications to a secure hybrid cloud environment.
“As an official Ingram Micro Cloud vendor, 365 Data Centers provides the channel with the resources it needs to productize new cloud services through reliable, secure and no-commitment offerings that make it easy to consume the services available in our data centers,” said Keao Caindec, chief marketing officer at 365 Data Centers, in a prepared statement. “Targeting the channel with a business service focus allows 365 Data Centers to concentrate its efforts on helping VARs and MSPs build cloud environments that are tailored to their clients’ needs and their own.”
365 Data Centers recently expanded its offerings with the launch of 365 Quick Start, a pay-for-use colocation bundle that includes cabinet, cross connect, power and Internet bandwidth to help ease the colocation process, especially for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and the channel market. According to 365, the integration in the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace will allow the company to sell through to thousands of new MSPs and VARs it previously did not have access to.
Earlier this month, 365 Data Centers, formerly 365 Main, relaunched with a new corporate identity that coincided with the launch of its 365 Quick Start solution as the company focuses on eliminating the barriers to entry within the channel for SMBs to utilize data center access.
