Ingram Micro Partners to Sell SAP Mobility Platforms

As of next week, Ingram Micro Inc.‘s channel partners may sell SAP’s enterprise-class mobility platforms including the Afaria mobile device management product and mobile apps to SMBs.

That’s big news for resellers supporting smaller organizations that use the iOS, Android, Windows and BlackBerry operating systems. Further, the SAP technology handles tasks across 24 different industries, Ingram Micro said.

As a result, partners can help their customers mobilize their employees, investing minimal set-up time and lowering implementation, management and infrastructure costs, SAP and Ingram Micro said.

Ingram Micro partners will get access to the SAP platforms on April 15.
