Intermedia Integrates ConnectWise, Salesforce and QuickBooks Into Partner Portal
Cloud IT services and business applications provider Intermedia has added integrations with QuickBooks, Salesforce and ConnectWise to its partner portal for MSPs and VARs. The company says more integrations are coming.
Cloud IT services and business applications provider Intermedia on Tuesday added QuickBooks, Salesforce (CRM) and ConnectWise integrations to its partner portal for managed services providers (MSPs) and value-added resellers (VARs).
These three solutions were selected as Intermedia’s debut integrations because of their capabilities to streamline workflows and ease the lives of channel partners, the company said.
Intermedia President Michael Gold told MSPmentor that these new integrations eliminate administrative overhead for channel partners.
“The integrations keep MSPs and VARs focused on profitable growth by simplifying everything — including spotting opportunities, generating quotes, creating new accounts, generating invoices and billing, and more,” he said.
Gold said there’s more to come for Intermedia’s channel partners, noting that “partners are our primary route to market in 2014.”
“We’ll hold regional partner meetings to share wisdom and best practices,” he said. “And we’re about to launch AppID, an identity and access management service that will enable partners to become their customers’ single point of entry into the cloud.”
These integration apps are being offered free of charge through Intermedia’s partner portal. Each app is designed to take less than 30 minutes to set up, the company said.
In other recent news from the company, Intermedia increased its Advisor partner commissions by between 33 percent and 66 percent.
