Metalogix Launches Cloud Acceleration Suite, Partner Program
Metalogix has launched a Cloud Acceleration Suite and Partner Program, both of which are designed to help customers adopt cloud collaboration platforms and optimize their return on investment (ROI). Here are the details.
Metalogix is helping its customers adopt cloud collaboration platforms and optimize their return on investment (ROI).
This cloud collaboration management tools provider has launched a Cloud Acceleration Suite and Partner Program to help customers deploy cloud collaboration platforms faster than ever before.
“Various studies have shown that there is a desire to move to the cloud, but adoption is slower than expected, as moving is harder than many thought it would be. The Cloud Acceleration Suite and Partner Program bring together everything a customer needs in one place to successfully make the move to collaboration in the cloud,” Steve Marsh, Metalogix’s director of product marketing, told Talkin’ Cloud.
Metalogix said the Cloud Acceleration Suite and Partner Program can make it easier for customers to use tools in various cloud collaboration platforms, including:
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft Office 365
The Cloud Acceleration Suite provides IT professionals with “a single, unified solution for the migration of email, files and SharePoint content into OneDrive for Business, Office 365 and other cloud-based collaboration platforms,” according to MetaLogix.
Cloud Acceleration partners, meanwhile, are trained to use the Metalogix Cloud Acceleration Suite and can learn how to help customers speed up their cloud deployments.

Steve Murphy, Metalogix’s CEO, added he believes the Cloud Acceleration Suite and Partner Program ensure customers can fully leverage cloud collaboration platforms.
“We are launching the Cloud Acceleration Suite and Partner Program to provide clients with the tools, training and expertise they need to overcome the unique deployment and user adoption challenges of rolling out a cloud-based collaboration platform,” he said in a prepared statement.
Why do organizations want cloud collaboration platforms?
Many organizations currently are leveraging or plan to use cloud solutions, and over the next few years, the demand for tools and programs to help cloud users manage their cloud collaboration platforms could increase.
A July 2014 survey from Oxford Economics and Windstream (WIN) of 350 senior technology and business executives revealed roughly two-thirds of respondents said they expect the cloud to support innovation and customer service delivery within two years.
The survey also showed 88 percent of large companies said they believe the cloud would help their business units collaborate with one another.
