QualiSpace, the India-based web hosting provider, will now offer managed cloud servers and managed dedicated servers to customers across India and the Americas. The service is available to business customers in the U.S. that are running either Linux or Windows Server.

The announcement comes shortly after QualiSpace opened a multi-location data center web hosting service. The company also offers full domain registration, web hosting and SSL certificates. In a prepared statement, QualiSpace President and CEO Ashish Shah stressed the time-savings aspect of outsourcing IT departments, even to a company like QualiSpace that is best known for its web hosting services. “A large number of companies are cynical about transferring the IT operations and web hosting of their servers over to a web hosting provider,” he said.”However those who make the most of managed hosting services have realized that IT outsourcing can certainly reduce cost and time whilst allowing them to concentrate on foremost business endeavours.”

The new managed server solution also gives QualiSpace clients 24-hour monitoring and support and server hardening, among other features.  QualiSpace already provides managed services for Linux/Windows cloud servers. We’ll monitor how QuialiSpace’s managed servers compare to others on the market, inluding the cloud servers that All Covered added to its managed IT services suite in October, 2011.
