Secure File Sharing Provider WatchDox Inks Deal with IT Services Provider

The secure file sharing and collaboration market is growing. WatchDox, which describes itself as a provider of secure enterprise workflow solutions to protect, share and collaborate on files on any device, this month announced a partnership with UST Global, an IT outsourcing company.

The secure file sharing and collaboration market is growing.  WatchDox, which describes itself as a provider of secure enterprise workflow solutions to protect, share and collaborate on files on any device, this month announced a partnership with UST Global, an IT outsourcing company.

UST joins the WatchDox Inside program, which lets partners incorporate WatchDox into custom applications.  This enables UST to provide its enterprise customers with services for secure intellectual property through content protection, mobility and collaboration into existing workflows. Support extends to mobile apps, portals and other applications, the companies said in a prepared statement.

UST Global started as a WatchDox customers. Employees used the platform to access and work with files on mobile devices. The company also used the solution to securely collaborate and share files with customers.

UST Global CIO Tony Velleca said that the solution solved many of the challenges his company faced in terms of providing security to its workflow collaboration processes. The company works with organizations in the healthcare, media and entertainment and financial services verticals.

In addition to being a customer and integrating WatchDox into its mobile applications, UST Global is a WatchDox reseller.
