Sonian, TeamCentric Partner to Expand Cloud-based Archiving to End Users
Sonian has partnered with Team Centric to form another reseller partnership to expand its Central Archive solution to end users. Here are the details.
Sonian has partnered with TeamCentric Technologies to broaden the reach of its Central Archive solutions through another channel partner.
Announced last week, the reseller agreement aims to strengthen TeamCentric’s current Application Catalog by adding another offering into the mix and expand Sonian’s reach to additional IBM Notes users in need of a cloud-based archiving solution.
“Sonian frequently adds partners that we believe can contribute to our sales objectives” Sonian CEO Jeff Dickerson told Talkin’ Cloud.
The Dedham, Massachusetts-based company’s Central Archive solution is designed to archive IBM Notes (formerly Lotus Notes) and IBM Domino (formerly Lotus Domino) mail to either Amazon Web Services or Softlayer.
Sonian’s new pitch for its Central Archive solution: It only costs $0.99 cents to the end user, per mailbox per month.
“TeamCentric has been a longstanding IBM/Lotus reseller, and partnering with them gives Sonian access to their sizable installed base of Notes users,” Dickerson explained.
He added: “This relationship also provides an opportunity for Sonian to vet our newest Notes mail offering with a trusted IBM reseller, and TeamCentric has already helped Sonian shape the offer to be most attractive to end-user prospects and to other IBM resellers.”
