Syntellect Announces Outbound Communicator for CIM

Syntellect Inc. has announced the upcoming release of Syntellect Outbound Communicator. Fully integrated with Syntellect’s Customer Interaction Management (CIM) 7.0, Outbound Communicator helps reach customers more quickly and improves agent efficiency through the use of automated outbound technologies.
Outbound Communicator for Syntellect CIM enables increased revenue opportunities by leveraging outbound for cross-selling campaigns; improved customer service by increasing customer contact opportunities and using sophisticated algorithms to accurately match customers and agents; enhanced customer communication by enabling blended agent or dedicated agent proactive outbound customer campaigns; and maximum agent utilization by converting typical downtime to valuable proactive customer calls.
