Master agency Telegration Inc. has added inContacts products its Software-as-a-Service lineup, giving channel partners the chance to sell cloud-based call center software.

The new agreement extends our reach for our call-center customers,” said Denis Raue, president of Michigan-headquartered Telegration.

Because inContact specializes in hosted call center management, adding its products and services to our portfolio helps us provide cost-effective services to customers with call center applications, wherever they may be,” Raue added.

Telegration said it pays 15 percent in monthly recurring commissions on inContact services. Other benefits to the inContact platform include no initial hardware costs; a pay-as-you-go billing model; automatic technology upgrades at no extra expense; on-demand scalability; a 99.99-percent service level agreement; and a “round-the-clock” network operations center.

This relationship is a win-win for both of our organizations,” Paul Jarman, inContact CEO, said of the Telegration deal. inContacts portfolio offers interactive voice response, automatic call distribution, predictive dialer software and more.

Raue agreed.

Many of our larger customers have multiple global locations so it was important to partner with a provider that could deliver excellent, reliable service around the globe,” he said.
