Continuum is offering free use of its Continuity247 backup and disaster recovery (BDR) solution to its managed service provider (MSP) partners until the end of September.

The Boston-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) software provider this week announced its “100 Percent Margin Promotion” that enables partners to leverage Continuity247 at no charge through Q3 2015.

In addition, Continuum has updated its Continuity247 pricing packages, which now include:

  • Solo – Daily snapshot of yesterday’s data with one fixed cloud retention point

  • Complete – Annual policy with 15 fixed cloud retention points

  • Local – Unlimited local backups; no cloud storage

  • Flex – Customizable cloud retention policy with pooled cloud storage that users manage

“[We] are happy to introduce new pricing that offers a predictable and simple model with attractive and competitive options at the low end and flexibility and customization at the high end,” Jeanne Hopkins, Continuum’s chief marketing officer, said in a prepared statement.

Continuity247 is powered by the IBM (IBM) SoftLayer infrastructure, Continuum said, and allows partners to manage all customer backups from a single pane of glass with remote access to appliances, protected machines and the cloud.

Continuum released Continuity247 in March; the company also confirmed at that time it would stop selling its Vault joint solution with Datto at the end of June.

However, Continuum also said it would continue to support all partners on their existing Vault appliances through May 2019.
