Continuum Launches Business Continuity Sales Kit for MSP Partners
Continuum today unveiled a "Business Continuity Sales Success Kit" for its managed service provider (MSP) partners. Here are the details.
Continuum today launched a “Business Continuity Sales Success Kit” that is designed to help its managed service provider (MSP) partners market and sell backup and disaster recovery (BDR) services.
The Boston-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform provider noted the new kit includes “a collection of educational, white-label and customizable assets” that are available exclusively to Continuum’s MSP partners.

Continuum Chief Marketing Officer Jeanne Hopkins added she believes the new kit could help her company’s MSP partners be more effective in selling Continuum’s business continuity solution to customers.
“We’ve heard more and more from our MSP partners that they’re looking for marketing and sales enablement content to help them be even more successful in selling our business continuity solution,” Hopkins said in a prepared statement. “The information in this new success kit provides useful plug-and-play content for their demand generation, and we look forward to further supporting our partners’ efforts.”
Continuum Vault: Here’s what MSPs need to know
Continuum currently offers Vault, an end-to-end business continuity and BDR solution that the company introduced in Dec. 2011, to its MSP partners.
The RMM platform provider also previously offered Zenith Infotech customers free conversion of their BDR services to Vault (before Zenith Infotech officially shut down on Oct. 15).
“Zenith Infotech customers migrate to our offering every day,” Continuum CEO Michael George told MSPmentor in September. “Most already have migrated or plan to migrate to Continuum … Vault is an obvious choice for former Zenith partners; it has a great reputation in the market and most people can re-use their existing Zenith hardware.”
Continuum pointed out that it continues to search for ways to help its MSP partners protect their small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers’ servers.
