Cloud backup vendor Intronis has launched a new Partner Success organization and hired Jasmine Lombardi to lead it as vice president. She will report directly to CEO Rick Faulk
Intronis said in a statement that the new Partner Success organization consolidates all the company’s partner-facing operations within one team. Faulk said the new structure will provide greater accountability.
"This is a strategic move for Intronis and a significant gain for our channel partners," Faulk said in a prepared statement. "Hiring Lombardi and consolidating all our partner-facing operations within one team brings us closer to our partners' businesses, provides greater accountability, and positions us to deliver an exceptional partner experience every step of the way — from onboarding new partners to better supporting and scaling success with our existing partners."
Lombardi joins Intronis from Aspen Technology where she led the product operations team. She also served in senior client services and technology roles at Mzinga (where Faulk served as CEO), Prospero Technologies and Paraexel International. Her experience has included development and execution of software as a service licensing models.
