Intronis on Partners: 'As Long as They Are Successful, We'll Be Successful'
Intronis partners can expect to see a new face, literally, in the upcoming months. What does newly hired Intronis Partner Success VP Jasmine Lombardi have in store?
Intronis partners can expect to see a new face, literally, in the upcoming months. Newly hired Intronis Partner Success VP Jasmine Lombardi told MSPmentor in an exclusive interview that partners can expect more webinars, face-to-face visits and seminars to further partner enablement.
Lombardi told us that the Intronis Partner Success team’s goal is to build great relationships with partners and maintain them, something she believes is a win-win for both partners and Intronis.
“As long as they are successful, we’ll be successful,” she said.
She emphasized the importance of assisting partners with selling the value of cloud backup and disaster recovery (BDR), not just the product, to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) — a problem some managed services providers (MSPs) run into.
“There are people who kind of come in with more of an IT background, but may not necessarily know how to articulate the sales part of it to the SMB,” Lombardi said. “The small business itself may not necessarily understand the value.”
The Intronis Partner Success team has been creating frameworks, communication protocols and methodologies to assist partners with getting up to speed with Intronis software, she said.
Lombardi explained that her team has a plan in place and will continue to work on the plan, aligning with the goals of the entire Intronis excecutive management team.
“We want to be proactive with partners, reaching out to partners to make sure that if they don’t know something, we want to be there to help them,” she said.
Right now, the size of Lombardi’s team is small, but she told us that she expects it to grow.
“We are growing,” she said. “We are looking for resumes, and we are looking for more people to join the team. It’s an exciting environment to be in.”
She concluded: “We are definitely introducing more structure, professionalism into how we correspond with our partners. I truly believe that listening to our partners is very important, understanding what they need, and then providing them with the support they need to be successful.”
