LabTech Updates iPhone App, Prepares iPad App

…a new GUI for easier desktop navigation, along with an updated line of tweaks that enhance overall functionality, like deeper visibility into tickets, SSL connections to servers and allowing for syncing client contacts directly to the iPhone’s contact list. LabTech doesn’t currently have a native iPad app, but “a dedicated version is coming soon.” LabTech has a cross-platform mobile strategy, which includes RMM apps for Windows Mobile (not Windows Phone 7) and Google Android.
