Italy-based services provider DataChronic has partnered with Network Automation, a business process automation software provider, to supplement DataChronic’s eTicket system with Network Automation’s AutoMate BPA Server 9, aiming to advance its customer service operations, while also expanding its solutions into the channel.

The integrated solution aims to provide customers with a more effective way to direct, manage and deploy customer relationship management (CRM) tasks in a more product manner, quickly, adding automation through the user input simulation technique within the eTicket database.

The solution enables performing operations on multiple apps by automatically using interactive user input simulation; exporting from main source apps, every 15 minutes; importing exported data directly to the eTicket database; producing real-time daily reports; and sending emails using prebuilt and customized templates.

DataChronic IT Manager Marco Raja told MSPmentor via email that the company at the moment is doing business primarily in Italy, but that may change, as opportunities outside of the country arise.

"MSPs that focus their businesses on customer care, energy, financial services, and insurance could benefit greatly from our eTicket system and AutoMate BPA Server-based solutions by minimizing spending costs and optimizing their human resources," he said.

Raja also told us that the company typically sells direct, since it is a systems integrator and an IT services provider, but is exploring an expansion of partnerships to sell services and solutions through the channel.
