Synology Offers Resellers Silver Certification

The certification introduces valuable reseller tools and training, and is designed to help the company’s partners find the best possible solutions for their clients.

Synology, the Bellevue, Washington-based provider of Network Attached Storage (NAS) servers, has added a Silver Certificate program for its North American resellers.

The certification introduces valuable reseller tools and training, and is designed to help the company’s partners find the best possible solutions for their clients. Resellers are able to increase customer relations, sales, and maximize profits, by joining Synology in storage growth, the company said.

The certification program has been built from the ground up to make marketing and pre-sales more accessible and intuitive, giving Synology’s resellers the ability to provide more value to each customer. It can be completed within a few hours of online training.

Silver Certification will help resellers discover new features and opportunities with Synology’s DiskStation Manager OS (DSM 5.0); become experts on Synology products; learn to provide the ideal Synology solution for clients; gain access to exclusive sales leads; and increase marketing exposure on Synology’s website.
