TierPoint is recruiting three executives to lead one of three divisions, covering the Western United States, sales operations, and strategic sales.

“This effort represents a major investment in our future and a significant net expansion of human resources that will help us further enhance service to clients and continue delivering a superior customer experience,” Rossabi said. “It will also accelerate the success we’ve already achieved in winning the trust and confidence of a growing roster of client organizations.”
Among the many positions, the company is recruiting three seasoned executives to lead one of three divisions, covering the western United States, sales operations and strategic sales. Sales senior vice president John Holland, a TierPoint veteran, will continue to lead the eastern U.S. sales division.
The sales operations division will include all functions that support and facilitate the work done by TierPoint account executives, including training and development, order entry, service audits and more. Within this division, the company will add seven new sales support associates, joining those already on staff. These individuals will serve as the first line of support for the sales team on quotes, contracts, the post-sales process and customer care.
The strategic sales division will organize and facilitate the work of channel sales vice president Kenny Ash and his team: a new vice president who will manage a group of account executives focused on national or strategic accounts; and several new account managers who will focus on driving higher levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
TierPoint has data centers in 20 markets and eight multi-tenant cloud pods connected by a coast-to-coast network. Active in M&A, the company bought Windstream’s hosted division in late 2015 and added Cosentry’s data centers the following spring.
