If you’ve never heard of intY, the company primarily has been doing business in the Pacific Northwest for the past six years. Cascade is the intY cloud marketplace where partners can resell product such as Office 365, Symantec, Acronis, BitTitan, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Skype for Business, SystemsUp, Exclaimer, MaaXcloud, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security, Sonian, Microsoft Intune, intY Domains and SharePoint.
“The U.S. has, and will always remain, a critical market for us at intY. For over six years we have been building our presence in the Northwest providing our resellers with access to the most cutting-edge cloud solutions from leading businesses. We recognize the demand that now exists for competent cloud services and that is why we’re expanding our operations,” said Craig Joseph, chief operating officer at intY.
The company’s U.S. base is in Seattle, but it is expanding to a new facility in Utah. There, intY plans to grow its sales, marketing and support capabilities, as well as infrastructure to onboard new partners — and expand its business across the U.S.
Partners – i.e. resellers, application developers and service providers – use Cascade to browse, order and manage customer accounts, and to work collaboratively to create integrated bundles that can be provisioned with one-touch provisioning, billing and management solutions.
intY is a Microsoft Direct CSP distributor. The company has a Cloud Services Partner Program for its reseller partners. intY will provide more information about its U.S. expansion plans at its upcoming Cloud Fest next week in London.
There are other cloud distributors in the U.S., such as Pax8 and SaaSMax, to name a couple, as well as those cloud marketplaces available from traditional distributors such as Ingram Micro, Tech Data and Synnex. There are also vendor-specific marketplaces such as Salesforce AppExchange, IBM Cloud Marketplace and Dell Cloud Marketplace.
