According to the media, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) has fallen on hard times over the last six months. In reality, authentic DE&I initiatives continue to flourish. A recent diversity and inclusion survey by World 50 Group discovered that nearly three-quarters of respondents had actually increased their investment in DE&I over the past year.

These individuals from the channel, honored for their work in advancing DE&I, will share their real-world experiences and expertise, offering advice on what works best and how it can boost the bottom line.

Natasha Royer Coons is a proven entrepreneur and accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She cut her teeth at Sprint before founding TeraNova, a mobility and expense management provider. When TeraNova merged with Advantix in 2018, she became a partner and chief revenue officer at Advantix and was elevated to CEO in March of 2023. Royer Coons was the first woman and Asian American to be elected President of the Enterprise Technology Management Association (ETMA).

Gary Graves

Gary Graves co-founded InteractiveTel, now TotalCX, in 2008 and presently serves as CEO. Previously, he served as the company’s first Chief Technology Officer. He developed the communications platform on which the company’s proprietary products are based and has been instrumental in the company’s dynamic growth trajectory. An innovator to the core, Gary continues to educate himself on the current state of technology in computer science and engineering.
