Talkdesk Promotes 3 to Leadership Team
Talkdesk's leadership team is now 50% women.
Talkdesk just expanded its leadership team with a new chief revenue officer (CRO), chief customer officer (CCO) and international chief operating officer (COO).
Talkdesk’s Tony Barbone
The company expects the appointments will help it grow internationally across its customer, revenue and market segments.
Tony Barbone is Talkdesk’s first CRO. He will lead all global sales, channel, sales development representatives, solution engineering and customer experience (CX) strategy teams.
Previously, Barone was senior vice president of Talkdesk global sales. He was responsible for executing the company’s direct and indirect sales strategy. Under his leadership, Talkdesk delivered record results quarter over quarter and expanded its global sales significantly.
Kieran King now is CCO. She joined Talkdesk one year ago as senior vice president of customer success. She later added Talkdesk professional services.

In this new role, King will also be responsible for Talkdesk’s customer support team.
Marco Costa is Talkdesk’s international COO. He’s been with the company for four years and most recently was EMEA general manager.
In his new role, Costa is responsible for oversight and operations for all aspects of Talkdesk’s global business.

King said she is an advocate for gender balance and this will continue in her new role. With King on board, the Talkdesk leadership team is now 50% women.
