Chicago-headquartered cloud partner Fruition Partners on Tuesday said it has acquired Partners in IT, based in the UK.
Both companies are key partners for ServiceNow, an enterprise IT cloud vendor.
“Partners in IT represents the ideal qualities that we are seeking in a partner: financial strength, solid growth, incredible people, breadth and depth-of-experience in cloud and ServiceNow implementations, a similar entrepreneurial and innovative culture, and an extensive blue-chip client list,” said Marc Talluto, founder and CEO of Fruition Partners.
Together, Fruition Partners and Partners in IT employ almost 300 practitioners specializing in ServiceNow, cloud development and service management consulting. Fruition Partners UK will report to Talluto via Paul Cash, who founded Partners in IT. Both firms’ management teams and existing offices will stay in place.
The purchase wrapped on July 1. Details of the transaction were not disclosed, as the channel partners are privately held.
