The Mill Point team employs an executive partner model and says it has extensive experience investing in transactions in the technology and business-services sectors. Downes tells Channel Partners the new investment and support from Mill Point will fuel his company’s next phase of revenue growth and “expand our addressable market with a combination of organic growth and M&A.” Kemp has more than 25,000 customers and 60,000 application deployments in 115 countries.

“This enables us to more aggressively sell and deliver our next-generation load balancing and application delivery solutions to more customers on a global basis,” he said.
Kemp is taking application delivery “to the next level” for businesses that are either all-in on cloud-hosted applications, starting to move their workloads to the cloud, or just considering a cloud migration of their apps, Downes said.
“Application experience, or AX, is at the heart of how these businesses thrive, and with this new capitalization, Kemp partners will continue to benefit from best-in-class load balancing and application-delivery solutions that help their customers ensure an always-on, always-secure AX,” he said.
