Netrix Expands Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Reach with Acquisition of Contegix

The acquisition expands Netrix’s MSP and cloud solutions portfolio and brings more advanced capabilities to customers.

Netrix just announced the acquisition of Contegix, the provider of application support and managed IT services. Netrix says the acquisition will expand its market presence in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

The acquisition will help grow Netrix’s ITSM service desk and cloud managed services capabilities. It also brings together two teams of employees supporting similar customer bases.

“This acquisition greatly expands Netrix’s managed services offerings and cloud capabilities … ” said Rob Dang, CEO of Netrix.  

Netrix is a provider of managed and professional IT services. Its core focuses are cloud, security, collaboration, information technology service management (ITSM) and application development solutions. The expanded ITSM service desk capabilities from Contegix will address any mission-critical needs that existing and prospective customers may encounter. Additionally, Netrix intends to make additional investments in sales, marketing, technical talent and advanced product offerings. Its ultimate goal is to become the premier IT and cloud solution provider to small and midsize enterprise customers nationwide.
