Managed services provider One Source Networks said on Monday it has closed the purchase of cloud managed solutions provider OuterNet.
One Source announced in November it was buying OuterNet, with which it had worked for some time. One Source specializes in voice, data and cloud; adding OuterNet gives One Source more customers, and expands its hosting, storage, infrastructure and professional services expertise. OuterNet also holds certifications form Cisco, Dell, CommVault and VMware.
Besides people and knowledge, One Source further landed OuterNet’s 10,000-square-foot data center in Austin, Texas.
The deal closed on Dec. 31, according to One Source, and terms were not announced because both companies were privately held.
