One Source Networks (OSN) is buying StarView Solutions, a provider of cloud voice solutions. Both companies are based in Austin, Texas.
OSN says the buy further scales its traffic volume, supplier relationships and back-office systems. Through the transaction, OSN gains approximately 2 billion annual voice minutes, 14 million peered DIDs, relationships with more than 100 new suppliers, and advanced automated voice provisioning and DID management capabilities.
The purchase expands the products available to StarView’s customers by adding data, managed services and advanced voice services to the previous portfolio. OSN’s advanced certifications in innovative services such as Microsoft Lync, and its deep relationships with international suppliers, will further enhance the StarView customer experience, OSN said.
“We are pleased with how our combined strengths benefit both OSN’s and StarView’s customers,” commented Ernest Cunningham, CEO, One Source Networks. “What is particularly exciting is how StarView’s business model of delivering services through a single supplier mirrors our own philosophy. The StarView customer base is now able to choose from a significantly broader product set while maintaining the simplicity of one contract and one invoice.”
One Source Networks, which provides managed communications solutions, sells through channel partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
