3CLogic and IntelaCloud are working together to deliver an end-to-end private branch exchange (PBX) and contact center solution.

The companies today announced a partnership to provide a cloud-based solution to address enterprises’ PBX and contact center needs from a single source.

“[This] partnership benefits both companies, as our current and potential customers have clearly defined needs that are met by both offerings (contact center and PBX solutions),” a 3CLogic spokesperson told Talkin’ Cloud. “We are both empowered by the expanded benefits each company brings, which ultimately allow us to offer the best and most complete solutions for the end client.”

The companies’ new cloud-based call center solution is designed to meet all of a customer’s voice-related needs and offers seamless integration between corporate back-office and contact center operations, according to 3CLogic.

“Cloud contact center solutions have gained broad adoption, yet we regularly see firms hesitate to upgrade one aspect of their business at the expense of leaving the other behind, and this partnership closes that gap,” 3CLogic CEO Raj Sharma said in a prepared statement.

What does the partnership mean for both 3CLogic and IntelaCloud?

3CLogic is a Rockville, Maryland-based call center software provider, while IntelaCloud specializes in cloud-based phone systems.

The new partnership between these companies could lead more enterprises to leverage the cloud and maintain their internal businesses processes without the need for two separate and disparate voice systems, 3CLogic said.

Tim Hewitt, IntelaCloud’s CEO, added he believes the new partnership will benefit both companies.

“IntelaCloud has had tremendous success in the voice world but is finding more and more customers are asking for contact center solutions. We are extremely excited about providing a cloud-hosted PBX solution with 3CLogic,” he said. “We expect the partnership to be mutually beneficial for all as more and more businesses contemplate cloud for all of their voice needs.”
