Mobile Top Level Domain (mTLD) at CTIA Wireless announced the availability of an Internet address created for mobile phones: dotMobi.
The dotMobi Internet address set for launch on May 22 lets mobile phone users access the Internet.
mTLD said it has developed rules and best practices, all based on open standards, for content developers and service providers, ensuring their Web sites can be viewed and navigated by any mobile phone.
mTLD already has issued temporary domain names to Newbay, Nokia, TIM, Vodafone and the Weather Channel.
