“To continue to be competitive and stay ahead of changing business dynamics, it’s critical for businesses to monitor, measure and report on all their key performance metrics on any device from a single platform,” PanTerra Networks CEO Arthur Chang said in a prepared statement. “Our Unified Business Analytics combines UC and content management analytics to create a complete end-to-end solution for businesses that want to drive more revenue while optimizing productivity and efficiencies in real-time.”
PanTerra Networks’ unified business analytics solution provides enterprises with:

These analytics also enable enterprises to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), PanTerra Networks said, both in real-time and over extended periods of time.
PanTerra Networks currently offers cloud-based fully managed and self-managed unified IT services for enterprises with annual revenues that range from $500 million to $1 billion.
