VOX Appoints Director Of Cloud Solutions
VOX Network Solutions has added contact center and UC industry veteran Dunstan Speeth as its director of cloud solutions. Here's everything you need to know.
California-based converged voice and data solutions provider VOX Network Solutions has added a contact center and unified communications (UC) industry veteran to build its cloud practice.
VOX has appointed former Windstream Communications (WIN) and IBM (IBM) technical architect Dunstan Speeth as its director of cloud solutions. Speeth possesses more than 20 years of experience in the contact center and UC industry, according to VOX. He spent the past two years leading development of cloud products and professional services teams, VOX said, and is expected to help VOX expand its cloud solutions portfolio.
“Cloud solutions are rapidly growing and there is a lot of interest among our enterprise customer base,” VOX President Scott Landis said in a prepared statement. “Dunstan [Speeth] has provided the architectural and technical leadership necessary to orchestrate our upcoming cloud launch that incorporates unified communications, contact center, video, data center and security solutions.”
VOX continues to add to its team as well; for example, VOX hired collaboration training expert Lester Cohen as its director of immersion learning in August. In this role, Cohen ensures “that every organization VOX serves derives the maximum benefit from their technology investment,” according to the company.
Contact center industry specialist Chanley Geveshausen was named VOX’s director of contact center solutions in July as well. At that time, Landis noted that Geveshausen’s addition would help take his company “to the next level.”
