ACC Business has named Michael Pallies as agent manager in the Northeast market. In this position, Pallies will support existing agents and contract new agents to sell the data and voice services of ACC Business. Palliess responsibilities will include new sales revenues, training agents, order processing and agent support.

Michael Pallies has a proven track record of meeting customers communication needs, said John Baker, president and CEO of ACC Business. His leadership skills and knowledge of the telecommunications industry have already proven to be a vital component of our success.

Pallies brings 27 years of extensive high-tech sales in data and telephony experience to his new position at ACC Business. Prior to joining ACC Business, Pallies worked as an account executive for Tidal Communications. In that role, he was responsible for managing accounts by generating new leads and closing sales with an emphasis on hybrid VoIP and traditional phone systems, data applications, maintenance and service.

Pallies is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.A. in Economics.
